Postage and Shipping
Items will be shipped via Australia Post unless alternative arrangements are made prior to sale. 
All items are shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise specified.
Items posted within Australia to the vale of $150 or more will receive complimentary FREE shipping unless otherwise specified and tracking will be supplied on all orders.
Postage prices may be subject to change due to various factors including weight, shape, quantity and buyer location. You will be notified ASAP if this is appears to be the case.
Unframed artwork greater than A4 size will be rolled and shipped in a tube mailer. If you do not wish your art purchase to be rolled, please contact to discuss alternative methods and associated costs.
Disclaimer
Please take note that image colours on all products in this store may appear slightly different on different monitors and screens. The utmost care has been to photograph items as accurately and as true to colour as possible but I cannot claim responsibility for any slight colour variations from the original piece due to screen variations. 
 
Packaging
Sustainability and the environment are important and your pieces will be carefully wrapped and packaged using recycled or, sustainable recyclable products where possible. Please endeavour to re-use any non-recyclable packaging you may receive in an order. 
Returns Policy 
Please note that all sale items are final. I encourage you to inspect product images and descriptions carefully and if you are unsure please make contact before purchase. I am able to offer assistance, measurements and extra photos if required. Returns will not be accepted on sale items.
Damages
Sam McKenzie Studio cannot be held responsible in the rare and unfortunate event of loss or damages during shipping. Your items will be automatically insured to their valued amount via AusPost Insurance prior to shipping. However, in the event of damages incurred during transit, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to open a case with the shipping carrier in the event of damaged or undelivered mail. We will issue refunds in the event of an approved claim by the shipping carrier, with associated photographic proof.
